What does Solitarily really mean?

Solitarily is a word that describes an action or state of being that happens when a person is alone or without any companions or company around them. It is all about doing something by yourself, without anyone else being there with you. Imagine if you were in a big empty room, where there is no one else except for you. That feeling of being alone and not having anyone to talk to or interact with is what being solitary means.

Let me give you an example to help you understand it better. Have you ever been to a park or a playground? Think about all the times you went there with your friends and how much fun you had playing games, swinging on the swings, and going down the slides together. Now, try to imagine going to the same park all by yourself. You won't have anyone to share the excitement with, nobody to push you on the swing, and no one to laugh with when you go down the slides. That's what it means to do something solitarily.

There's another meaning of solitarily that I want to explain. Sometimes, it can also describe someone's behavior or personality, like if a person prefers to spend most of their time alone and doesn't seek out the company of others. It's like if you have a favorite hobby or activity that you enjoy doing on your own, without anyone else being involved. Maybe you like drawing or reading books, and you feel most comfortable doing it by yourself. That's another way of being solitarily.

So, to sum it all up, solitarily means doing something alone without any companions or spending time by yourself without seeking out the company of others. It can be a state of being or an action, where you engage in activities without the presence or involvement of others. Whether it's going to the park alone or enjoying your hobbies by yourself, solitarily captures the essence of being on your own.
