Humans for Dummies
noun
pronunciation: 'hjumʌnzWhat does Humans really mean?
Humans are the creatures that you and I are! Yes, we are humans. Humans are the people we see all around us. They are the ones who walk, talk, eat, and do so many other things just like us. You, your family, your friends, and even your teacher are all humans! We belong to a group called "humankind," which means we are part of the same species. Now, let me explain it a bit more. Humans are living beings that have a body, and they are very special because they can think, learn, and feel emotions. We have a big brain that helps us understand and make decisions. We can communicate with each other using words, gestures, and expressions. Isn't that amazing? But here's something interesting – humans are not the only creatures that live on Earth. There are animals, plants, and so many other living things. But what sets humans apart is their ability to create, to invent, and to accomplish incredible things. We humans have built tall buildings, made beautiful works of art, invented technology like computers and smartphones, and explored the depths of the oceans and the vastness of space. We have developed societies, cultures, languages, and so much more. We have come a long way from living in caves to building cities with millions of people! I want you to think of humans as the superheroes of the natural world. We have this incredible power to transform the world around us and create things that no other creature can. Just like Superman or Wonder Woman, we have the power of imagination, creativity, and the ability to make the world a better place. So, to sum it all up, humans are amazing creatures, just like you and me, who possess the ability to think, learn, create, and make a difference in the world. We are members of the humankind, a special group of living beings with incredible potential. And remember, we have to be kind and take care of one another because we are all humans!
