Coherently means being able to express ideas in a clear and organized way, so that others can easily understand what you are saying. It's like explaining something using a puzzle. Similarly, when you explain something coherently, you put all the different parts of your ideas together so that they make sense and create a complete picture in the listener's mind.

Let me give you an example to make it easier to understand. Imagine you want to tell your friends about a cool movie you watched. If you describe the movie in a jumbled way, jumping from one scene to another without any logical order, your friends might get confused and not understand what you are trying to say. However, if you talk about the movie by describing one scene after another in a clear and organized way, your friends will be able to follow and understand what you are talking about. That's because you are explaining coherently.

Coherently can also mean that something fits well together or is consistent. For instance, let's think about building a house with Lego bricks. If you place the bricks in a jumbled and random way, the house won't be sturdy and strong. But if you put the bricks together in a logical order, following the instructions, the house will be built coherently. Each brick will fit perfectly with the others, creating a sturdy and coherent structure.

So, when we say someone is speaking or writing coherently, we mean that they are expressing their thoughts in an organized and logical manner, making it easy for others to understand what they are saying.
